Returns

1. Return Eligibility:
You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

2. Custom Orders:
Please note that custom orders are made uniquely for you. Due to their personalized nature, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, you'll receive return instructions and a return authorization number.
  • Pack the items securely and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
  • Send the package using a trackable method.

4. Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, if the items meet our return criteria, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Return Shipping:
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
